Backup HDD/SSD NAS - Enquiries - 05-20-2025 Looking to Backup files from 5 Macs on two volumes, one HDD and one SSD. If you want native 10GbE out of the box with solid performance, you could also consider the QNAP TS-474 or TS-464 with a 10GbE add-on card, but those may be above your budget. For RAID, RAID 1 offers simple mirroring for redundancy, while RAID 5 provides a good balance of redundancy and usable space (minimum 3 drives required per volume).
