Qnap + UPS

#1
Hi gents!

I bought a CyberPower Value Pro VP1600ELCD - UPS - 960 Watt - 1600 VA. When I connect the USB cable to my Qnap TVS-1288x I can see if and I can change some settings like shutdown when AC power fails. It will shutdown but when power is back on again it won't start up.

Any idea?

I want a UPS that can boot up again as well because I have it on a remote location.

Yes, it will only boot up when it detects no power left in the battery. Maybe plug in other devices to the UPS that would drain the battery. Qnap will detect no power as stage one. And power restore as stage two when it will start the boot.
