I've watched your videos. I know you like complicated. We need to walk down two paths at once. I'm 67. I'm an amateur photographer with several hundred thousand raw files. They're scattered not only across different portable hard drives but also across both PC and Mac. My photography has suffered these past years because I've lost the ability to manage my files. Second path. I've owned a dry cleaning company for 50 years. While I was researching NAS I realized that surveillance was possible. I'm looking to accomplish two tasks. Backup my photos and other work plus build a surveillance Network for my 9,000 square ft production facility with 15 cameras. What would you recommend to me? I was all settled on a Synology solution but a direct inquiry with them left me cold. They were talking about an NVR piece of the puzzle that confused me. Dva 1622 really?
