Hello mate,
Thanks to your video I bought the latest QNAP with upgraded RAM kit and 2x Nvme ssd for caching. Would you consider doing an updated video on how to install NAS upgrades, and what order to do it in?

Also looking for tips on best practise security set up for QNAP that still enables remote access.

Yes, it might seem like we don't cover Qnap upgrades as much. This is simply because there are no issues with third-party components compared to Synology.
The best order usually is to start with hard drives and Nvme. Then when the system is set up, introduce additional RAM.
