Can a Mac read a Windows saved Wep Page MHTHL files and Vice Versa

Hello, I was wanting to know something I can't work out myself.

I have a Windows computer and loads of saved Web Page Files in MHTHL Single File Format that I was considering putting on a Synology Nas in btrfs format.

I also need a new computer and I would like to know, if I bought a MacBook and a Synology Nas......,,Would I be able to open and read the old Windows saved Web Page MHTHL Files stored on the Nas?

Yes, it might be confusing to see that NAS has its own file system. But actually NAS is much more universal compared to external USB or Thunderbolt drive. You can place files from Linux, MAC, Windows or mobile devices on the NAS and be able to access and read this files just like you would from your local disk.
