Hi,
I’m looking for advice on whether to go with a NAS or a server for my storage setup. My plan is to use either multiple 16TB drives or a disk bay with 4TB drives, with RAID for redundancy. Over the next few years, I expect my storage requirements to grow to around 200TB, so scalability is a key consideration.
I’d appreciate your thoughts on the best approach for managing this kind of data growth, and whether a NAS or server would be better suited for long-term storage and redundancy. Your input would be really valuable as I plan ahead.
Thank you!
