Terramaster set

#1
Hi everyone. Brand new to this. I bought a F2-210, added 2 x 2TB seagates and followed terramaster NAS setup 2022 video which I found very helpful. During the process it advised that I should choose Btrfs and not EXT4.
Unfortunately it would not allow me to choose this. I did not complete the setup and returned several months later. Upon returning I tried to edit this and scale the storage pool without success. I then decided to reformat and start again.

I have now found that I can only get as far as the admin settings page. I complete the username password etc and followed the video, click can’t receive email, skip this. I also clicked next.
I have contacted terramaster they pointed to my network connection which is not the problem.

I’m in a situation where if I send for a verification code it, counts down, sends a code which I send I copy over and repeats the previous actions

I’m hoping someone out there can help.
Thanks

If the setup is still giving you issues, it might be worth trying to connect from a different internet provider, like at work or a friend’s place, just to rule out any network-related blocks that might be causing the verification loop.

If that doesn’t help, you could try resetting the password by pressing the reset button on the NAS. This usually restores access by clearing login credentials without affecting your data. Hopefully, that gets things sorted for you!

This is exactly what I was wondering. Thanks for this helpful answer.
