Great Videos (QNAP NAS Guide Part 1 - Setup, RAID, Volumes IP and Shared Folders), However I am stuck, i followed your video up to the point of Mapping Drives, Im using Qnap TS 264 8gb on my LAN, with Windows 11 on PC and when i click network drives on Qnap Finder all it wants to do is is Mount my TS264 rather then search file explorer ?
Can you help ?

To resolve this, you can try the following steps: Instead of using the QNAP Finder, directly open the File Explorer on your Windows 11 PC. Then, click on "This PC" and select "Map network drive" from the top menu. In the following window, choose a drive letter and enter the path to your NAS, which should be in the format "\NAS-IP-Address\Share-Folder-Name". Check the "Connect using different credentials" box if needed, and then enter your NAS login credentials. Click "Finish" to map the drive successfully. This should enable you to access your NAS files via File Explorer.
