Will there be a DS424+ with a 'modern' Intel processor

I was considering the'new' DS423+ with 6- or
8TB drives. Mainly for Photo storage.

Some of your colleages out there don't recommend DS423+ at all. You are at least giving some pro- and con advises.

Your opinion will be appreciated.

DS423+ is practically the same as DS920+ with no expansion option. This was their best-selling NAS of all time. It is a good choice.
