Switching from TerraMaster to Synology

I have the TerraMaster F2-210 but will be switching to Synology DS220J (yes, I want the 220J not the 220+). I have two 4TB Seagate Ironwolf HDDs which are configured in a RAID1 array using ext4 file system.

My question is will I be able to just take the HDDs from TerraMaster,plug them into Synology and have them work fine or will I have to do some reformatting?

No, you will need to copy and paste all data manually. I recommend USB docking station to speed up the process.
