Port forwarding often causes hacker attacks if firewall is not configured properly. For this reason, many ISP will block most of the ports from outside on their own firewalls. BT seem to be the easiest to set up. I would consider changing ISP. Often people face issue with Plex remote streaming because of these blocks.
