Is it possible to create a Windows Desktop Shortcut to a VM?

First you would need to create a link to the nas. As far as powering it on and all that. It should already be powered on maybe auto login? Chrome can do that. Right click your desktop, click new shortcut, Click browse to find your nas, select then save.Edit: VM. Sorry just reread that. That makes sense to auto power it on since its a VM. What software you using VMware? If so this is farely simple.
