Regarding the 10GbE, you're right, a PCIe expansion might be necessary if it's a non-negotiable. Are there any particular Mini-ITX boards with a PCIe slot that you know of that also fit the low-power and dual 2.5GbE criteria? Or perhaps any reliable and quiet USB-to-10GbE adapters you've tested?
