The QNAP TS-264 is a great option for your needs. It supports HDMI output for direct connection to your TV, which fits your requirement. However, currently, there’s no NAS that supports direct USB connections for fast file transfers between the NAS and PC. If you need faster speeds, you can use a USB to 5GbE adapter or install a 10GbE card in the NAS (if the model supports it). The QNAP 74 series supports Thunderbolt connections for high-speed transfers, but USB connections won’t provide the speed you’re looking for.
