CWWK Q670 - 4*nvme - Looking for help with BIOS setting

I've tried both, and I still get the same "The host CPU does not have write access to the target flash area." error. I contacted CWWK last week about it, but still no reply from their side.

I don't see anything in the BIOS about the chip. I found the chip on the back as well, but I couldn't make out any of the writings on it.
