No, it is not possible to create RAID across different drives or partitions on Synology or other providers. RAID is created at the drive level, not at the partition level. You can create RAID using your selected drives, but each RAID array will be independent and cannot span across multiple drives or partitions. Therefore, you cannot have two different types of RAID on separate partitions within the same set of drives.
