Yes, you could achieve 10GbE speeds with few HDD/SSD in RAID5/SHR1. You could use DS1621+ to do that. You can also use NVMe slots for storage to increase the data transfer speeds for editing. SSD cache is something people use if they can not afford to get SSD only volume. The cache will improve HDD RAID speed.
