My tvs-872xt died. After reading 61 pages in a forum, close to 100 tvs-x72xt models had the same issue. Fix seems to a new motherboard, but this video also has a solution. Any ideas where I can find someone in the US who can do such a repair? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbtzrIUHLgg

FYI this is the discussion thread: https://forum.qnap.com/viewtopic.php?t=153097&start=900
And a spreadsheet one of the users put together to keep a tally on the various models that failed: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1IkZmIL5lZacWbQC5D4yikbn6o7UJumOQAYtEmrs0zSI/edit#gid=1940317036
QNAP wants $750 to do the repair, which is close to what I can get a replacement for, so I’m looking into all my options. I do enjoy all your expert reviews and comparisons, but wanted to let you know about this issue that many people are having.
