Wich Raid and with or without Hotspare

Hi Guys,

i have a Qnap TS-664 NAS and currently 3 4TB Drives in RAID5.
Now i am planing on expanding the drives and can't decide wich of the following would be the best way to go:

All with 6 Drives:

- Raid 5 + Hotspare(s)
- Raid 6 + Hotspare
- Raid 6

With smaller capacity drives rebuild times are short. So I would go for RAID5 + hot spare.
