Hi I have Qnap NAS ts453d with QM2-2P2G2T and it's connected to router QHora-301W so I have to 10 GBE and I have a bunch of 2.5 GBE
My question is could I buy qnap QSW-2104-2T connect four 2.5 GBEe to this switch and one 10 GBE to the router and have the benefit of full-speed 10 GBE

Yes, with QSW-2104-2T you can use those two 10gbe ports to connect your NAS and a PC via 10GbE. The other 2.5GbE ports can be used for other things in your network including connection to the router or main switch.
To maximise the bandwidth you can connect 2.5GbE ports on your NAS to this switch too. This is handy if you have several users accessing it.
