Any recommendations for a 2 NAS setup?

Hey,
If I manage a small office and want to backup our Google Workspace, Office 365 and company devices to a NAS (at all times, so it may include a VPN server), then backup all that content to a remote NAS. what would you recommend?

Synology plus series such as ds923+ / DS423+ and others will support Google and Microsoft 360 backups. Also, you can use open VPN or something like Tailscale to connect securely.
