Hello,

Thank you for providing the free advice

I am looking for device to save my photos, videos, files and so on.

I had the WD my cloud, but it is stop supported from company (I can’t access the files on another place).

The most important for me is to be:

1) I can access the files on the device from anywhere, and not ending support and access the files. Like what happened in (WD my cloud device).

2) Work on computer and phone.

3) Safe and can backup my files if it crash.

Could you please help me with choosing best NAS.

Yes, WD removed the online access option for their older models. The cheapest model they support is Cloud EX2 ultra and PR series.
Synology will allow similar ease of access remotely. They also have a better photo and video apps for mobiles and other devices.
You can access your data from any device.
It also allows encrypting folders and creating separate users with different access rules.
