I have purchased a QNAP drive for home from you in the past and it works fine, but I do prefer the Synology software which runs on my office Synology D216J. When I bought the D216J it was my first NAS and I did not know anything about it. It works well and I like the software better than Qnap but the folder browsing is a bit slow to populate to users on the network. We have a large about of folders within a folder and it takes a while to search up or find what we want. The reason for my message is I think it may be time to upgrade the 216j. What would you suggest for a small office network of 6 users please. I do use the VPN from home, but other than that it is just a file server. Thank you!
