upgrading current nas to a more scalable nas with more storage

I am looking for a nas solution for my media business. We currently have two separate 6 bay nas systems and are looking to increase our storage capacity as well as the speed in order to edit 4k video faster without buffering, and higher data transfer speeds when uploading our footage to it. between our two nas devices we have 70TB of content that has been accumulated over the past 5 years. With our business model we are constantly pulling old footage to use so I need to be able have fast speeds on all drives.
