QNAP NAS TS-253D - POWER POE CAMERA

Hi have a NAS QNAP TS-253D
I have bought a HIKVISION ds‑2cd2347g1.
I was wondering if the Qnap can power the camera which is a POE camera directly via the RJ45 cable directly, or will i need a POE device to power it?

Qnap will not have PoE ports.
