If you're unable to connect to your device using your known username and password, here are a few quick things to check:

Make sure Caps Lock isn’t on.

Try accessing the NAS from a different browser or device to rule out autofill errors.

Local vs Cloud Access

Are you trying to access it locally (on the same network) or remotely?

If remote, ensure your UGREEN NAS is properly connected to the internet and port forwarding (if required) is set up.

Try the default credentials (if recently reset):

Some beta UGREEN NAS devices may use admin / admin or another default set after a reset.

Password Reset Option

If the NAS has a reset button, pressing and holding it for a few seconds typically resets the password without wiping your data. Please refer to the official manual for exact instructions.

Firmware Issue?

Since you're using the UGREEN NAS and it's still in beta (UGOS), some login bugs have been reported. A reboot or firmware refresh may help.
