Synology DS216j - upgrade RAM or buy newer Synology (2bay)?

Hi,

I want to ask IF it's possible to upgrade RAM in Synology DS216j and which model you recommend. The current capacity is 512MB.

OR, maybe it's time to upgrade to the newer Synology (2-bay) device. Do you have any suggestions?
