TS-464 - Enquiries - 06-11-2023 I can't map a drive to either of the windows 10 pc's on my network. Sharing is enabled on both PC's. All of them are connected the same switch. The PC's can see each other on the network but the nas doesn't show up on either. I reset the nas to factory settings and still am unable to conncet to it. It is found using QFinder but I cant map a drive through it as it keeps saying that it is unable to connect to the drives. I have no idea what to try. I have spent two days trying evcerything that I could find on the internet and still can't access the NAS through my computers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. RE: TS-464 - ed - 06-16-2023 You may need to check if SMB is enabled in QTS settings. Also, make sure it uses the latest SMB version from a dropdown. Also, make sure the IP is in the same range as the computer (last number in IP is different). Also this might help https://docs.qnap.com/operating-system/qts/5.0.x/en-us/configuring-samba-microsoft-networking-settings-7447174D.html |
