Which NAS should I buy? - Enquiries - 03-24-2023
Ok, so I narrowed down my choices.
As I said before, streaming high quality is a must.
So I know that Synology just released the DS423+ for multimedia; however, would it pass the Jelly bean test?
will the processor of the DS423+ will be better than the DS1823XS+? I know that the spectrum is super high, but I rather buy something that plays the videos I want to watch and don't use the storage space than having a NAS that doesn't work.
Synology is a must btw.

DS423+ has a gpu chip but it is several times weaker compared to xeon (DS1823XS).
It can transcode 4k in DS Video. But not in Plex. DS1823XS can do it in Plex.
