Private security - Enquiries - 12-19-2022 I’m home owner who currently uses eufy security cameras. But recently I’ve seen videos stating how unsecured they are. I’m now trying to figure out the best setup for nas security. I’m interested in Synology or similar. Would like the models and cameras to go with it to include Door locks and doorbell RE: Private security - ed - 12-22-2022 Yes, cameras that use cloud service. Or in fact any cheap Chinese cameras have no security. You never know who is watching your camera footage. Synology stores all footage in your NAS. If you do use C2 cloud it is all encrypted before it is sent to the cloud. DS920+ is goof for remote access of your CCTV footage. This is also true to other Celeron/Realtek based models. I hope this helps. |
