New to NAS but quite technical - Enquiries - 04-26-2025 I've never had a NAS before, but am using an Nvidia Shield with a 4TB external USB drive for Plex and some minor network storage. I'm looking for a more reliable solution and to run Servarr stack in docker. I'm a software engineer, so I don't necessarily need plug&play. I was looking at 4 bays, but those already get quite expensive with disks, so maybe I should go for 2 instead. Ideally I want to spend as little as possible. It's mostly just storage, Servarr can probably run as 1 container and I might try to run Immich. That's all. Plex server can still run from the shield, with storage on the NAS. |
